The contractor must maintain comprehensive insurance coverage including Commercial General Liability ($2,000,000 general aggregate/$1,000,000 per occurrence), Automobile Liability ($1,000,000 combined single limit), Workers' Compensation at statutory levels, and Professional Liability/Errors and Omissions ($1,000,000 per claim/$2,000,000 annual aggregate), with all policies placed with Nevada-licensed insurers maintaining an A.M. Best rating of not less than A-VII and the State named as an additional insured. All parts and materials supplied must be new OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts or State-approved equivalent components, with the contractor required to obtain State approval prior to any deviation from OEM specifications. Monthly invoices must be submitted to NHPFiscal@dps.state.nv.us, and the contractor's prior proprietary service agreements will not apply, with all obligations governed exclusively by the Nevada Highway Patrol contract and the provided Scope of Work.
