PRICING DETAILS: For evaluation purposes, the offeror shall provide detailed proposals in response to this RFP. Pricing shall include a detailed breakdown of all the cost elements attributed to each line item in the bid schedule and the requirements of the SOW and specifications. Price breakdown shall include sufficient details to permit an analysis of profit, and all the costs: (i) Material (ii) Labor (iii) Equipment (iv) Subcontractor’s costs as applicable and (v) Overhead.
NOTE 1: All extensions of the unit prices shown will be subject to verification by the Government. In case of variation between the unit price and the extension, the unit price will be considered to be the bid.
NOTE 2: Failure to provide a bid on all items will render your bid non-responsive.
Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
