About this file
Attachment L1 is a technical response document for the Florida Department of Management Services' Data Management Tools Request for Proposal (RFP No. 25-43232300-RFP), specifically for Service Category 1: Data Management. The document provides a structured template for vendors to respond to seven specific prompts related to data management solutions, with each prompt worth 5 points and a maximum response limit of 700 characters. Respondents are required to complete at least two prompts, with Prompt 1 being mandatory, and the responses will be evaluated based on the ability to meet requirements outlined in the Scope of Work. The proposal is part of a statewide contract opportunity seeking multiple vendors across four service categories to provide comprehensive data management tools for state agencies and eligible users.
The RFP utilizes a comprehensive evaluation methodology that includes 0.75 points for cost proposal, up to 5 points for technical response, and 0.25 points for experience, with a minimum total score of 4 points required for award consideration. Proposals are due on June 10, 2025, with an anticipated contract start date upon execution. The Department plans to make multiple awards statewide or by region, with an average annual spend of approximately $5,332,894. The contract will implement a tiered pricing model requiring contractors to provide the lowest available pricing based on total purchase volumes and mandating quarterly sales and transaction fee reporting. Additional requirements include optional add-on services such as implementation support, managed security services, application management, and ongoing training, with provisions for customer-specific scopes of work.
