About this file
This is a Miscellaneous Price Schedule (Attachment F-3) for a Minnesota state contract opportunity to establish relationships with qualified manufacturers for Multifunction Devices (MFDs) including equipment rental, purchase, and maintenance services. The schedule applies to the statewide contract (C-1005(5)) and is intended to serve State agencies and members of the State's Cooperative Purchasing Venture (CPV) program. Responders are required to provide statewide distribution and service capabilities and must submit responses through the SWIFT Vendor Portal with no late submissions accepted.
The price schedule contains five optional categories for contractor proposals: bulk buying discounts based on dollar value thresholds ranging from $50,000 to $300,000 or unit quantities of 5 to 30+ units; labor rates for weekday overtime (after 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM core hours), weekend, holiday, and emergency services with applicable state holidays specified; flat-rate and tiered fees for relocations and moves exceeding 50 miles with and without rigging requirements; added-value items and services at contractor-proposed costs subject to state acceptance; and renewal pricing structures such as annual increases capped at 2% or percentage discounts off list price. Contractors are permitted to develop their own discount models and fee schedules tailored to their service offerings, with all pricing proposals subject to negotiation and incorporation into the final contract as agreed upon by both parties.
