About this file
This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for janitorial services at the Kenton and Ontonagon Ranger Districts under the US Department of Agriculture (USDA).
The contract requires janitorial services to maintain safe, clean working environments at two office locations. The Ontonagon office requires weekly cleaning, while the Kenton office requires twice-weekly cleaning, continuing the existing service schedule that has been in place for many years. Technical requirements and detailed contract specifications are contained in an attached document titled "Contract Specs - janitorial." The Government will furnish all cleaning supplies and equipment, including trash bags, mops, mop buckets, brooms, dust pans, vacuum cleaners, paper towels, soap dispensers, toilet paper, kitchen paper towels, and toilet cleaning brushes. No formal deliverables schedule, travel requirements, dedicated key personnel, data rights, or Section 508 electronic and information technology standards compliance are required. Security requirements include providing contractors with employee door entrance codes and notifying them of any code updates.
