About this file

This is a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) form issued by the State of Maryland for use by bidders and offerors responding to a rebid solicitation for medical laboratory services at Department of Juvenile Services facilities. The document, effective July 2024, serves as Attachment 3 to the invitation for bids and establishes confidentiality obligations for bidders participating in the procurement process. The NDA is designed to protect sensitive information disclosed during the bidding process and contains placeholder language that agencies are instructed to tailor according to their specific solicitation requirements.

The NDA form functions as a standard confidentiality instrument within Maryland's procurement framework for this laboratory services contract, which seeks to provide medical laboratory services for young people housed at six Department of Juvenile Services facilities. As a template document, the agreement requires customization by the procuring agency to align with particular solicitation terms, conditions, and information protection needs relevant to this rebid opportunity.
