About this file

This document summarizes a federal contract opportunity for a spillway fish screen project issued by the Bureau of Reclamation. The solicitation seeks to install a fish screen at the Ridgway Reservoir spillway in Colorado. Interested vendors must submit proposals in response to number 140R4020R0018 by the specified deadline. The project aims to prevent fish from passing through the spillway by installing a screen that meets specifications for material, design, and construction requirements outlined in an attached technical appendix. The contract is a small business set-aside and the agency intends to award a fixed-price contract by late 2020 to the responsible bidder whose offer conforms to the solicitation and provides the best overall value to the government.
