About this file

This document contains a contractor work surveillance checklist and details of a federal contract opportunity. The contractor work surveillance checklist is used to inspect the placement or removal of empty rented roll-off boxes or vacuum boxes, ensuring the contractor arrives on time with the required equipment in good condition and performs the work safely. The federal contract opportunity is a solicitation for the Northeastern Regional Hazardous Waste Incineration Contract to provide disposal services for removing incinerable or thermally treated waste from Department of Defense and Coast Guard installations located in 19 contiguous states when no other removal options are available. The work involves transporting, incinerating, and disposing of RCRA hazardous, non-RCRA, PCB, and state-regulated wastes, with pickup locations listed in an attachment and additional locations that may be added during the contract period.
