About this file

This document contains a contractor work surveillance checklist and details of a federal contract opportunity for hazardous waste disposal services. The checklist is used to monitor contractor performance on industrial cleaning services contracts, and includes items such as verifying equipment, personal protective equipment, and work quality.

The federal contract opportunity is for the Northeastern Regional Hazardous Waste Incineration Contract managed by the Defense Logistics Agency. The contractor will remove, transport, incinerate, and dispose of RCRA and non-RCRA hazardous, PCB, and regulated wastes generated by DoD and Coast Guard installations in 19 eastern U.S. states and Washington D.C. The contractor will conduct business solely with the government on behalf of pickup locations listed in an attachment, and the agency may add new pickup locations within the region during the life of the contract.
