About this file

This document is a draft Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Eglin Operation and Maintenance Services (EOMS) II program. The EOMS II program provides operation and maintenance services in support of research and development, test and evaluation, and training missions involving military aerospace equipment and weapons at the Eglin Test & Training Complex and potentially other locations.

The draft RFP outlines the key requirements for the EOMS II contract, which may have a term of up to 10 years. Major support areas include general support services, range support services, range instrumentation systems, explosive test facilities, and major ground test facilities. The government is seeking industry feedback on the draft RFP, including any areas of concern, ambiguities, or recommendations for improvement. Responses to this Request for Information (RFI) are due by December 17, 2024. The government will use the feedback to finalize the RFP in preparation for the EOMS II acquisition, which is targeted to start on April 1, 2026.
