A1Contractor shall provide surveillance of the commercial NIH Security Guard forces further defined as not less than once a week for each scheduled shift at each post and report any infractions to the NIH Police and MVM Command Post within 30 minutes.Number of instances where the contractor fails to provide surveillance as agreed upon.Not more than 3 occurrences to provide surveillance in any quarter as required. No instance of not reporting infractions within 30 minutes. Weekly review of data collected daily, schedules, personnel deployment and no-notice spot checks.Infractions may serve as justification for personnel replacement and/or to not award future option years.
B1Contractor shall provide regular schedules of key personnel deployment not less than 2 weeks in advance. The Project Officer will be notified of all personnel absences and schedule changes via e-mail, telephone or written message.(Vacations, sickness other emergencies)Number of instances where the contractor fails to provide schedules of personnel deployment, or any absence of key personnel within a reasonable timeframe.Not more than one instance per quarter where personnel schedules are not provided two weeks in advance. Contractor schedules will be checked not less than once a week for personnel deployment. Absences will be compared to schedule for vacation time, sick days or other time off that has been identified.Infractions may serve as justification for personnel replacement and/or to not award future option years.
C1The contractor shall provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as required that encompass the surveillance performed and that has been documented.95% of reports will be on time unless waived by the project officer.Electronic files will be checked weekly for the completed reports.Infractions may serve as justification for personnel replacement and/or to not award future option years.
D1The contractor shall ensure that all data provided is accurate and timely(data integrity) and added daily, all special requests are completed and that any required certifications or recertification training is completed.Number of instances where the contractor fails to ensure data is accurate and timely, any special requests are unfilled or any certifications expire.Not more than 5 instances of incomplete data entry, special requests are filled and no required training is overdue. in any quarter. Electronic files will be checked weekly or more frequently for effective data entries, special requests are filled and no required training is overdue.Infractions may serve as justification for personnel replacement and/or to not award future option years.
