About this file

This document is Addendum No. 2 to a Request for Proposals (RFP) No. DMS-24/25-264 issued by the Florida Department of Management Services for Telecommunications Infrastructure Project Services 3. The RFP timeline has been updated, with key dates including a proposal submission deadline of September 4, 2025 at 10:00 AM, a public proposal opening at 10:30 AM on the same date, and an anticipated contract start date upon execution. The evaluation period is now scheduled for September 11, 2025 - September 25, 2025, with the Notice of Intent to Award anticipated to be posted on October 6, 2025.

The addendum introduces several significant changes, including a new definition for "Secure Facilities" and a provision allowing contractors to invoice up to four additional hours per day when working at secure facilities to account for mandatory security check-in procedures. The State of Florida will be divided into 13 regions for service delivery, with specific counties listed for each region. The procurement officer contact has been updated, and references are made to revised attachments including a Pricing Workbook 2.0 and a Region Map, which contractors are instructed to use when submitting their proposals.
