ADDENDUM # 01 TO BID INVITATION 2921-24

DATE AND TIME OF BID CLOSING: 6/24/2024 10:00 AM

FOR: Bulk Debris and Encampment Cleanup Services

Question 1: Questions about the Offer Sheet. It appears that the request for hourly rates is for labor only and don’t include equipment. Is that correct?

State Response: This is correct. If your equipment requires a fee, it should be added into the mobilization fee for category 1. Category 2 does not require power equipment.

Question 2: If the units are for labor only what should the mobilization rate cover? Would it be the cost to mobilize a 3- person crew to the county, and does that include their transportation?

State Response: Mobilization fee should cover equipment if it needs an extra fee, crew to get to the site by means of suitable transportation. Upon bid award, extra fees will not be permitted.
