About this file

This document is a Contract Amendment (Amendment Number 3) for the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) between the State of North Dakota, acting through its Office of Management and Budget, Fiscal Division, and Brady, Martz & Associates P.C., a professional services firm. The amendment was executed on December 22, 2023, with both parties signing the document.

The amendment modifies two primary aspects of the original contract: insurance requirements and contract duration. Based on 2021 House Bill 1057, the insurance requirements are updated, including increasing commercial general liability coverage to $2,000,000 per occurrence and employer's liability insurance to $2,000,000, while removing automobile liability insurance requirements. The contract term is extended, with the original contract starting on March 30, 2021, and now being renewed to expire on December 31, 2024. The contract retains two additional 12-month renewal options, allowing for potential extension until December 31, 2026.
