1. I am having trouble registering with LFT?
Answer: Assistance with LFT Registration Invitation
NASA’s Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) is available to assist Offerors with the use of NASA’s Large File Transfer (LFT) Service. The ESD can be reached at 1-877-677-2123. Attachment Q – Large File Transfer User Guide is also available for reference.
The following information is provided to clarify one registration issue that may arise. It is not intended to replace or supersede information provided by ESD or in Attachment Q.
You will receive an email from james.r.griffin@nasa.gov with the Subject: “NOMAD Large File Transfer Service New Account Invitation”. The request to “enter your LDAP/Network password” likely indicates that the email address has been used to create an LFT account in the past and this account just needs to be reactivated. Navigate to https://transfer.ndc.nasa.gov and enter your email address. Click “Forgot Password?” and you will be sent a temporary password that can be used to reactivate your LFT account.
Other options might include creating a new email address for submitting the proposal or asking a colleague, preferably someone who has never registered on LFT before, to send a request to james.r.griffin@nasa.gov and use that email address to submit your proposal.
