Addendum to Source Selection Statement
On February 20, 2019, a small business size protest for Herman Construction Group Inc. was filed by an interested party. NASA submitted the small business status protest to the Small Business Administration
(SBA) on February 22, 2019. On March 20, 2019, SBA made a formal size determination that Herman
Construction Group Inc. was an other than small business concern for this procurement. Therefore, Herman did not receive an award for the Western Regional Multiple Award Construction Contract
(MACC). A total of thirteen (13) contracts were awarded for the MACC instead of the selected fourteen
(14) as stated in the Source Selection Statement.
