About this file
This document is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) template for the New York State Office of General Services (OGS) Electronic Poll Book Systems Contract (Contract #76000-23167). The template is designed for use by the Centralized Bulk Order Entity (CBOE) and Authorized Users when seeking quotes from contractors for electronic poll book systems, providing structured guidance for issuing competitive solicitations under the statewide contract.
The contract covers electronic poll book systems and related products, with specific requirements that all proposed products must be included on the Contractor's NYS Contract Price List (Appendix E) prior to submitting a response. The RFQ template allows Authorized Users to customize their specific procurement needs, including detailed scope requirements, mandatory specifications, optional statement of work, and attachment of financial response templates. Contractors are expected to provide pricing, product details, and meet specific functional requirements as outlined by the individual Authorized User, with the understanding that all purchases will be conducted in accordance with the terms and conditions of the OGS Electronic Poll Book Systems Contract.
