1. The scope refers to a recorded radar track over a 30 minute timeframe, however only a static picture was provided. Will the government please provide the 30 minute recording?
Noted. Paragraph 2 of the task scope is amended to read "Using the example provided, the offeror shall provide a short briefing demonstrating their capability to effectively understand and manage radar performance and surveillance. The presentation shall address the following task requirements:"

The line in green shows the most probable trajectory. The intent is for the Offeror to start their analysis from Day 1.
