About this file
This is a No Israel Boycott Certification form required by the State of Missouri for state and local contract opportunities. The form implements Missouri Government Code SCS/SB 739, also known as the "Anti-Discrimination against Israel Act," which mandates that Missouri governmental entities obtain written verification from vendors before entering into contracts. Under this legislation, vendors must certify that they do not currently boycott Israel and commit to not engaging in any boycott of goods or services from the State of Israel or any company, person, or entity doing business with or in the State of Israel during the contract term. The certification applies to the specific contract opportunity titled "Tornado: Soldan Field House Mitigation and Restoration" being procured by St. Louis Public Schools (SLPS).
The certification form exempts contracts with a total potential value below $100,000 and contractors with fewer than 10 employees from compliance requirements. The form requires the authorized company official to provide the vendor name, printed name, signature, and date to affirm compliance with the no boycott certification. Any contract that fails to comply with the provisions of this act is declared void as against public policy. The vendor must complete and submit this certification as part of the bid or contract execution process for this Missouri project.
