About this file

This document is an Attachment 10: Experience References for Solicitation No. BPM003793 for Network and Telephony Equipment and Services, issued by the Arizona Department of Administration's State Procurement Office. The references include seven client organizations located in Arizona: Mesa Public Schools, Flagstaff Unified School District, Paradise Valley School District, Valleywise Health, City of Avondale, Coconino County, Florence Unified School District, and Pinal County.

The references detail comprehensive technology implementation projects across these organizations, primarily involving network infrastructure, security design, data center redesign, wireless networking, unified communications, and telephony services. Consistent across the references are similar resource roles including Program Managers, Principal Architects, Senior Network Engineers, and Field Engineers. The technology implementations heavily feature Cisco technologies, including switching (Catalyst, Nexus), security platforms (Firepower, ISE), wireless solutions, VoIP, and data center technologies. Projects range from supporting 625 to 72,000 users, with implementation timelines spanning from 2010 to present, and include critical infrastructure elements like security segmentation, backup systems, WAN design, and comprehensive network architecture.
