About this file
This document is a Request for Information (RFI) form issued by the New York State Office of General Services (OGS) Procurement Services Group for IT Umbrella Contracts, specifically Award 22802. The RFI is designed to help Authorized Users determine Contractor capabilities and interest in participating in upcoming Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes. The document covers four distinct lots: Software, Hardware, Cloud Services, and Implementation Services for products sold under the first three lots.
The contract vehicle allows New York governmental entities to solicit information and potential participation from pre-approved contractors and resellers. Contractors must affirmatively respond to the RFI to receive future RFQ communications, with responses limited to those already awarded under Solicitation 22802. The RFI serves as a preliminary screening mechanism to gauge contractor interest and capability before formally issuing a Request for Quotation, with the potential to exclude contractors who do not proactively respond to this information request.
