About this file
This is a Non-Conflict of Interest certification document required by the Colorado Department of Corrections for bid submission. The document requires bidders to certify compliance with Colorado Revised Statutes sections 18-8-302, 18-8-306, 18-8-301, and 18-8-308, and to affirm adherence to the State of Colorado State Controller Policy on Procurement Conflicts of Interest. Bidders must confirm they have no actual, potential, perceived, or apparent conflicts of interest and acknowledge that the CDOC Procurement Official retains authority to remove them from the procurement process at any time. The document also requires bidders to certify they understand restrictions on the use of state information and records obtained during the procurement process, including prohibitions against distribution, sale, or sharing with third parties except as expressly authorized.
Signatories must declare they have no personal or beneficial interest in the services or property described in the solicitation and commit to immediately notifying the Procurement Agent if any situation arises that could alter their conflict-of-interest representations or create an appearance of impropriety. The certification applies to authorized representatives of private employers or independent contractors under state contract and must be completed and returned with the bid submission as a mandatory requirement for bid consideration.
