About this file

This document is a Contract Amendment (Amendment Number 3) for the Professional Licensing Board Management System contract (STC#005) between the State of North Dakota, acting through its State Procurement Office, and Albertson Consulting, Inc. The amendment specifically modifies the Notice section of the original contract, updating the contact information for both the state representative (Christy Schafter, Procurement Officer II) and the contractor representative (Daniel Albertson, CEO).

The amendment focuses on establishing the communication protocols for contract-related notices, specifying that all communications must be sent via email or registered mail. The contract appears to be for a management system related to professional licensing, though specific details about the system's functionality or scope are not provided in this amendment. The document was executed on 11-22-17 by Rebecca Pollert, a Procurement Officer II for the State of North Dakota, and notes that the amendment is not effective until fully executed by all parties.
