Western States Profiling was created in April of 1987 by

Mike Markham Sr. In 1989 Brian Gallimore joined the management team and has grown the company into what it has become today. He became a 50/50 partner in 1999 and

100% owner of WSP Inc. in 2010

Western States Profiling which the company was called at its inception was designed to be a small profiling company in Arizona. The company was struggling to find success until 1989 when

Brian joined the management team. A variety of changes were made to company protocols, as well as restructuring of the company which resulted in a more efficient and effective work flow. This substantially improved the firm's profitability from that point forward.

In 1999 Brian purchased ownership with Mike

Markham Sr. and became

50/50 partners. During this time they renamed the company simply WSP Inc as the company's focuses were expanding to including grading & paving of commercial, industrial, and recreational facilities.

In 2004 Mike Markham Sr.

made the decision to make

Brian Chief Operating Officer of Markham Contracting and appointed Brian to lead the company. From 2005-2010, Brian was managing both

WSP Inc. and Markham

Contracting. During this time both companies grew to heights unseen before in previous years. This also included a number of high profile jobs completed including University of

Phoenix Cardinals Stadium, Shops at Norterra, Amazon

Distribution Center, and

Cincinnati Reds Spring

Training Complex.

In 2010 Brian transitioned out of his role as COO of

Markham Contracting and became 100% owner of WSP, Inc. The company has continued to progress and expand under his tutelage as not only are they a milling/ profiling company but can serve as a general contractor with knowledge in all aspects.
