About this file
This document is an architectural drawing set for a VA (Veterans Affairs) Emergency Department Expansion project located in Cincinnati, Ohio. The drawings include detailed plans for Phase 3 of the project, specifically showing Demolition Plan, First Floor Dimension Plan, Reflected Ceiling Plan, and Note Plan. The plans comprehensively detail room layouts, dimensional measurements, demolition areas, ceiling configurations, and specific construction notes for various spaces such as Resuscitation, Patient Toilet, Ante Room, Work Stations, and Soiled Utility areas.
Key technical details include specific instructions for wall removal, floor preparation, expansion joint treatments, and room configuration modifications. The drawings feature precise measurements, room annotations, and keynotes describing specific actions like removing existing VCT flooring, relocating equipment, preparing subfloors, and maintaining critical infrastructure during construction. The project is fully sprinklered, designed by John Poe Architects, with the project number 19016.00 and VA Project No. 539-20-102, and was at 100% Construction Document stage as of 05/03/21, with subsequent revisions noted through 02/25/22.
