About this file
This document is a State Contract 005 Board Licensing Software Proposal Request from North Dakota, specifically targeting professional board licensing software procurement. The document is issued by the North Dakota Information Technology (NDIT) department, with procurement oversight by Sara Bilden, the State Procurement Officer. The proposal is designed for state agencies and boards seeking a vendor from the 005 Professional Board Licensing Vendor Pool to provide specialized licensing management software.
The proposal requests comprehensive board licensing software solutions with specific technical requirements including multiple interfaces, integrations, reporting capabilities, and potential customizations. Vendors must submit both technical and cost proposals, with evaluation based on a 100-point scoring system: 50 points for solution capabilities, 30 points for staff qualifications, and 20 points for cost. Service rates are restricted to those originally proposed in RFP Number 110.7-23-09 issued on 02.15.2024. The procurement process includes vendor question periods, proposal submissions, potential demonstrations, and will ultimately result in a Participating Addendum outlining specific deliverables and payment terms.
