About this file
The document is a Bid Solicitation Update #3 issued by the New York State Office of General Services (OGS) Procurement Services for Solicitation 23297, a statewide contract for School & Art Supplies. The update, dated November 21, 2023, addresses bidder inquiries, revises solicitation documents, and postpones the bid opening date to December 6, 2023 at 1:30 PM ET. The primary OGS designated contacts for this solicitation are Melissa Carriero, Katie Jezik, and Jamie Nusbaum.
The solicitation covers a statewide contract for School & Art Supplies (Group 23100) with significant procedural updates. Bidders who previously submitted bids are required to submit revised bids that supersede their initial submissions, including a cover letter explaining the revision. The document indicates multiple sections of the original solicitation have been revised, including key events/dates, definitions, bid envelope requirements, method of award, and pricing. The Bidder Submission Checklist (Attachment 6) has also been updated to reflect these changes and now includes a new question about submission of Bid Solicitation Updates. Potential bidders are directed to review the full revised documents available on the OGS Procurement Services Bid Calendar.
