About this file
This document is a Price Increase Percentages form from the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) Procurement division, associated with Solicitation No. BPM04763. The form is available online at https://appstate.az.gov/ and is designed for potential contractors to specify maximum price increase percentages for contract renewal periods.
The document outlines a pricing mechanism for contract renewals, allowing offerors to propose incremental price increases for up to four renewal periods. In the example provided, the potential increases are set at 2% per renewal period, calculated against the original contract price. Importantly, the State of Arizona does not automatically grant price increases, and contractors must provide documentation supporting the need for any requested price adjustment at the time of renewal. The form provides a structured approach for contractors to propose price escalation while maintaining transparency and justification for potential cost increases.
