Based on our analysis of Gartner market data, we believe the top 10 most comparable global solution providers represent less than 20% of the worldwide total addressable market. We believe our addressable worldwide market represents approximately $700 billion in annual sales and for the year ended December 31, 2020, our net sales of $8.3 billion represented approximately 1% of that highly diverse market. Insight has worked with public sector clients in Arizona for over thirty years, including state agencies, cities and counties, colleges and universities, and K-12 schools. Our most recent involvement is as a strategic alliance member of the Arizona COVID-19 Digital Access Task Force, which works in alignment on key objectives and initiatives from Governor Ducey. When the Task Force was created, the initial focus was on Internet access, but it soon became clear that we needed to address Digital Inclusion and Digital Equity. The Task Force has engaged over 60 public and private leaders as well as industry experts, to share information and collaborate on recommendations and critical digital inclusion initiatives for the State. Insight provided thought leadership, technology expertise and professional services, include significant contribution on a comprehensive state-wide recommendations document.

The report includes recommendations to address immediate needs presented by COVID-19, as well as longer term strategies and solutions summarized as follows:

· A concise intro to Internet and digital inclusion/digital equity, including challenges and requirements.

· An overview of some of the key Internet infrastructure and digital access initiatives and resources available, planned and underway in Arizona.

· Recommendations to address Internet access, other digital inclusion/digital equity requirements, and the role of the State in providing broadband and digital inclusion leadership, coordination, planning and funding.

· An overview of broadband connectivity technology & trends, including decision factors regarding new and innovative technologies such as satellite, mesh networks, Wi-Fi 6E, CBRS, White Space Wireless and 5G that, with collaboration and effective and innovative community planning, can be deployed relatively rapidly and inexpensively to provide free or affordable Internet access.

· An explanation of middle mile and last mile broadband infrastructure, including policy and deployment issues and challenges.

· A discussion of business model options for State & Local Community Broadband Network Ownership and Public-Private Partnerships (P3).

· Tracking broadband legislation policy and initiatives, nationally.

· A compendium of Arizona Broadband Grants, Pandemic Response and Recovery Resources.

· Arizona broadband initiatives visual recap for the years 2010-2019.

Below are some specific clients in Arizona with whom we have recently been engaged.

Kyrene Unified School District Insight is in process for the deployment/integration of 1,500 Windows endpoint devices for the students that were recently purchased during Q4 2021 that includes laptops with an integrated docking station for the students. Insight’s extensive suite of value-added “White Glove” Lab services are customized (device etching, asset tagging via labels & BIOS, standard gold image and device multi-packing) based on the device type, use case and persona requirements to align with the needs of the District.

Chandler Unified School District Insight delivered 10,000 devices in 2020 that includes desktop minis, teacher laptops & chrome books for the students. Insight’s extensive suite of value-added Lab services are customized, depending on the device type, use case, and persona requirements to align with the needs of the District, which includes both Windows & Chrome Book White Glove services. Additionally, planning is in process for the deployment/integration of 15,000 endpoint devices for the students, to be purchased in the early Fall of 2021. Lastly, Insight and the District are currently finalizing gaming systems, to launch and support their e-sports program for FY21-22.

Mesa Unified School District From planning and deployment to overall IT asset management and ongoing device support - Insight is the preferred strategic solutions partner for Mesa Public Schools (MPS). Since the start of 2021, Insight has delivered almost 20,000 devices to MPS, and is currently in the process of staging/planning for a required estimate of 23,000 endpoint devices (with associated lifecycle services), that will leverage the Emergency Connectivity Funds (ECF) federal program. Amid the pandemic and throughout 2020, Insight delivered 30,000 devices for the District with customized, pre-deployment value-added services (etching, asset tagging, Intune/Autopilot provisioning and multi-pack), to meet their critical education needs. Prior to 2020, average historical MPS purchases with Insight for product/services were 10,000-15,000 devices per year, which is based on a customized and strategic refresh/rollout schedule.

Tolleson Unified High School District Insight helped Tolleson Union High School District deploy more than 7,900 Microsoft Surface devices for students and staff, who were working from home. By leveraging Microsoft Autopilot and Intune, we were able to distribute devices to students and staff by optimizing configurations via automated, pre-emptive provisioning. Students and staff now have the flexible devices they need, to keep teaching and learning from home. Going forward, Tolleson Union High School District will benefit from a modern, streamlined process for device deployment and management.

City of Tucson Historically underserved neighborhoods in the city face more than just health concerns brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic. Of the city’s roughly 212,000 households, more than 44,000 households are in poverty and more than 32,000 households have no reliable internet access. Between poverty, infrastructure limitations, and the effects of the pandemic, thousands of students, families, and workers have been left without reliable access to work and education. Prior to the pandemic, the City had already been considering options for improved connectivity and next generation technologies via Smart City vision and strategy. When the pandemic hit, the city government received $3.5 million in CARES Act funding, and the conversation pivoted quickly to investing in infrastructure that will make broadband internet access available to the city’s populations suffering the effects of this critical digital divide.

The Insight services team executed a Phase 1 design & CBRS Network implementation that is currently wrapping-up during Q4 2021. Solution included site surveys and design, cell construction, go-live integration, ISO-9000 labs integrations, L1 service desk, maintenance break/fix support and transition to managed services. Per next steps, Insight and the City of Tucson will be embarking on a smart city support initiative, leveraging CBRS MiFi routers integrated into the traffic signal lights.
