1. Project Title/Name and Location: Provide the project title/name and location for this project
2. Contract/Task Order/Delivery Number: Provide the contract/task order/delivery number for this project
3. Contracting Agency: Identify the contracting agency for this project, e.g., GSA, USACOE, NAVSEA
4. Customer: Identify the customer for this project, if different than the contracting agency
5. NAICS Code: Provide the NAICS Code under which this project was awarded
6. Contracting Office Point of Contact: , or none
7. Contract Type: Indicate type of contract, e.g., Firm fixed price,
