About this file
This document is a North Dakota state contract for envelope procurement, involving Western States Envelope & Label as the primary vendor. The contract (Number 151-WEST) is a cooperative purchasing agreement accessible to state entities, higher education institutions, government bodies (including counties, cities, townships, educational institutions), nonprofit entities established for public purposes, tribal agencies, transportation providers, and the International Peace Garden.
The contract covers multiple envelope groups including white wove envelopes with diagonal seams and gummed flaps, featuring standard and booklet configurations. Delivery terms specify F.O.B. destination for orders over $75, with a 10-business day delivery requirement and mandatory use of 36" x 46" pallets and liftgate service. Purchasing agencies can order via purchase order or purchasing card, with no additional processing fees. The contract allows for exemption if better pricing is available, and pricing details are maintained in separate attachments. Vendors must provide written notification of any delivery delays and approximate delivery dates if the standard 10-business day timeline cannot be met.
