About this file
This document contains a National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance checklist for a project solicitation to rehabilitate an intake structure at the Abernathy Fish Technology Center in Washington. The solicitation number is 140F0322R0013 and is issued by the Department of the Interior Fish and Wildlife Service.
The compliance checklist outlines six permit requirements related to noise levels, equipment leaks near waterbodies, water quality testing, tree removal, impervious surfaces, and project duration. For each requirement, the contractor must provide documentation such as equipment specifications, project plans, water testing results, or notes in their pre-construction or construction submittals to demonstrate adherence. This will ensure the project activities are covered under an existing USFWS maintenance permit for the site that handles NEPA and Section 7 compliance, rather than requiring a new permit.
