About this file
This document is Addendum #3 for Request for Proposal (RFP) #26TH01P5 issued by the Jordan School District in West Jordan, Utah, regarding Classroom Management Software. The RFP was originally set to close on Friday, August 1, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. MDT, and this addendum specifically modifies the contract award procedure after the proposal close date, applying only to offerors who have already responded and will progress through all RFP stages.
The key modification outlined in the addendum pertains to the "Award of Contract" section, where the district's Information Systems department has indicated they can only manage two software options due to personnel and workload constraints. Consequently, the award procedure has been changed from potentially awarding contracts to vendors achieving specific point thresholds (868 or 1,008 points) to now awarding contracts to the two highest-scoring vendors that successfully pass through all stages of the RFP. This change reflects the district's operational limitations and desire to streamline their software implementation process.

RFP # 26TH01P5
ADDENDUM #3
Date: August 22, 2025
RFP # 26TH01P5 Classroom Management Software
Proposal Close Date: Friday, August 1, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. MDT
This addendum announces the following changes. As this addendum has been issued after the Proposal Close Date, this addendum only applies to Offerors that have responded to this RFP and will ultimately pass through all RFP stages.
1. Change to Part 5.2 “Award of Contract.”
We have been notified by JSD’s Information Systems department that they can only handle administering two software options as a result of this RFP due to personnel and workload restrictions. Therefore, we will be changing the Award of Contract procedure:
From:
• Giving contract awards to those Offeror(s) achieving 868 points (70%, if no presentations) or 1,008 points (70% with presentations)
To:
• Awarding contracts to the two (2) highest-scoring vendors that have passed through all stages of the RFP.
Thank you for your assistance and interest in Jordan School District.
