About this file

This document is an Addendum #2 to a Request for Proposal (RFP # 26TH01P5) issued by Jordan School District (JSD) in West Jordan, Utah, for Classroom Management Software. The original bid close date of Friday, July 25, 2025, at 2:00 pm MDT has been extended to Friday, August 1, 2026, at 12:00 pm MST to accommodate new requirements.

The key modification in this addendum is the addition of a "No Reseller Preference" mandatory minimum requirement. This new stipulation requires software providers to quote and contract directly with JSD whenever possible. If a software company cannot provide a direct quote due to company policy, they must submit a proposal through a reseller and provide a letter explaining their inability to quote or contract directly. This change aims to streamline the procurement process and ensure direct communication between JSD and software vendors.

RFP # 26TH01P5

ADDENDUM #2

Date: July 25, 2025

RFP # 26TH01P5 Classroom Management Software

Original Bid Close Date: Friday, July 25, 2025 at 2:00 pm MDT

This addendum announces the following changes:

1. Additional Mandatory Minimum Requirement. We have made the following changes to this document:

a. Item F has been added to the Mandatory Minimum Requirement section, which states:

NO RESELLER PREFERENCE

Offerors are asked to provide quotes directly to JSD, and allow JSD to contract directly through them and not through a reseller if this is allowable with their company. Software companies that have previously sold direct to JSD will be required to continue to sell their product directly and contract directly with JSD as a result of this solicitation.

If a software provider has no way to respond but through a reseller per their company policy, a reseller may provide a proposal, but we would require a letter from the software provider that they cannot/will not quote directly or contract with JSD per company policy.

2. RFP Due Date Change. In order to meet the new requirement in #1 above, we are extending the due date to FRIDAY, AUGUST 1, 2026 AT 12:00 PM MST.

Thank you for your assistance and interest in Jordan School District.
