About this file
This is an Agreement to District Solicitation Provisions form from Amarillo Independent School District in Texas for a Food Service Equipment Repair Services solicitation. The document establishes the framework for vendor proposals responding to the district's request for commercial kitchen equipment repair and refrigeration equipment repair services for its Child Nutrition Department. Proposals are due August 3, 2026. The district intends to award contracts to one or more qualified vendors to establish a pool of available service providers. Services will be provided on an as-needed basis across approximately 50 AISD campuses and facilities throughout the Amarillo area, encompassing repair services for reach-in coolers, walk-in coolers, reach-in freezers, walk-in freezers, and milk boxes located at elementary schools, middle schools, high schools, and specialized facilities. The district reserves discretion to utilize any awarded vendor based on availability, response time, expertise, workload, equipment type, and other factors determined to be in the district's best interest.
Proposers must affirm full acceptance of all solicitation provisions including Terms and Conditions, Scope of Work, and Specifications by executing this form. Any exceptions or alterations to the solicitation provisions must be clearly delineated and attached separately to this agreement; failure to separately document exceptions or alterations will result in those modifications being excluded from any resulting agreement and will not relieve the proposer from full compliance with all stated provisions. Proposers are cautioned that exceptions or alterations to solicitation provisions may render the proposal unresponsive. All vendor personnel requiring access to AISD property must undergo background checks through the Fingerprint-based Applicant Clearinghouse of Texas (FACT), with the vendor responsible for associated costs. Vendors must maintain liability insurance with AISD listed as additional insured and comply with comprehensive on-site conduct and safety protocols. No contract value, contract term length, or incumbent contractor information is specified in available documentation.
