This document is a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) signed certification letter from Grant Thornton LLP dated May 6, 2022, pertaining to the consolidated financial statements of Pathways and Community Support, LLC and its subsidiaries. The document appears to be a financial audit representation letter that provides assurances about the company's financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance with accounting standards to the auditing firm.
The certification covers a comprehensive range of financial representations, including the company's financial statement accuracy, internal control mechanisms, fraud assessments, and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
