Pricing must be submitted as total firm fixed cost and include deliverable-based pricing with milestones and associated payments, hourly rates and staffing roles for professional services including maintenance and support, and subscription or post-warranty maintenance and support pricing. Bidders should provide detailed hourly breakdowns showing staffing roles, hours worked, hourly rates, and total project hours. Value-added products and services within the scope of the acquisition may be included in the bid response.
