The awardee must provide all artwork to the state within thirty days of job completion at no additional charge.

Liquidated damages provisions include replacement of damaged certificates and decals at no cost to the state, postage reimbursement, and a penalty of twenty cents per damaged decal. Failure to meet the October 1 delivery deadline results in a one percent price deduction per day of delay, capped at ten percent total liability. Respondents must certify compliance with the Iran Divestment Act, confirm non-foreign-adversary status, and attest to non-debarred status. Pricing must be firm and fixed, F.O.B. destination, inclusive of delivery. Respondents must register with the Tennessee Supplier Portal and provide unit pricing for each line item.
