The scope of work includes restoration at four signalized intersections along Roswell Road (SR 9) with 16 signal poles and mast arms ranging from 22 to 67 feet in length, 296 decorative pedestrian light poles across eight locations, and 9 concrete strain poles at three separate locations. All work must comply with GDOT Standard Specifications for Construction of Transportation Systems, MUTCD traffic control standards, ADA accessibility requirements, and applicable federal and state laws.

No set-aside designations or restrictions limiting the types of organizations that can respond are identified in the procurement documents; however, all bidders must submit required documentation including a bid bond (if bid exceeds $100,000), performance bond, payment bond, and certificates of insurance with minimum coverage including $1,000,000 commercial general liability and $3,000,000 umbrella liability. No incumbent vendors or current contractors are listed in the available documentation, and no existing infrastructure or technology integration requirements are specified beyond compliance with GDOT standard specifications and qualified products. The Vendor Responsibility Questionnaire (VRQ) is required as a prerequisite screening document for this formal solicitation, necessitating disclosure of legal and regulatory compliance history, financial and operational stability, and tax compliance status with the Georgia Department of Revenue. No specific budget range or award value is disclosed in the procurement documents; bids will be evaluated based on unit prices and total project cost as submitted on the bid schedule.
