The project spans approximately 91.9 acres across three demolition zones. Contractors must comply with Army Corps of Engineers Nationwide Permit 7 conditions, including Eastern Indigo Snake protection measures with 30-day advance notice to USFWS and 60-day post-completion monitoring. A bid bond or certified check equal to five percent of proposal price is required. Work is anticipated to commence June 31, 2026 or 30 days after purchase order issuance, whichever is sooner, with completion targeted by March 14, 2027.
