The initial contract term is one year with up to four annual renewal options, with services anticipated to begin March 2, 2026, and end November 2, 2026. Key submission deadlines include January 27, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. for questions and February 3, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. for proposal submissions, with a tentative award date of February 17, 2026. Evaluation criteria will assess responsiveness (25%), experience and capacity (25%), references (25%), and pricing (25%), scored on a 0-5 point scale. Vendors may submit proposals for all 46 sites or for specific geographic regions (North, Central, or South County).

The County welcomes proposals from contractors of all sizes, including regional operators with county-wide capabilities and local businesses serving specific geographic areas. No specific set-aside designations for disadvantaged enterprises are mentioned in the documentation. Insurance requirements include $1,000,000 per occurrence for comprehensive general liability and automobile liability, with statutory worker's compensation coverage. While no specific budget range is explicitly stated, the contract covers approximately 287 acres of property maintenance across 46 locations, with pricing to be submitted on the provided Attachment C pricing sheet. The County reserves the right to award the project to multiple sources and modify the number of locations served based on operational needs. Pricing shall include all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, and incidentals, with payment terms based on thirty-day cycles and unit pricing governing over extended pricing.
