Preferred customer support is 24/7, with mandatory twelve-hour technical response time.

The contract term is four years from execution, with an optional two-year renewal for a potential six-year total. Evaluation uses pass/fail assessment of mandatory requirements and quality scoring up to 100 points. Respondents must submit three client references for identical or similar services, provide Dunn & Bradstreet reports or audited financial statements for the two most recent fiscal years, demonstrate Indiana Secretary of State registration, and comply with E-Verify, drug-free workplace, and information technology security framework requirements.
