All IDOE-owned data must be securely destroyed at contract conclusion.

The contract runs January 2027 through December 2030 with one optional one-year renewal for a maximum five-year term. Pricing must be firm for at least 180 days from award. Infrastructure must comply with Indiana Office of Technology Risk and Authorization Management Program (RAMP) Policy for Cloud Offerings at implementation, utilizing State-owned cloud tenants in Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services where feasible.
