The project requires several mandatory forms to be submitted, including a Non-Collusion Affidavit, Form of Guaranty, Public Works Employment Verification Form, and Worker Protection Form. While no specific set-aside designations or disadvantaged enterprise requirements are explicitly mentioned, the bidding process emphasizes contractor qualifications and compliance with state regulations. The project documents include detailed bid documents, construction specifications, and a comprehensive sidewalk improvement plan totaling approximately 6MB of documentation.
