Commercial general liability insurance of $1 million combined single limit per occurrence and $3 million annual aggregate, plus worker's compensation insurance of $1 million per occurrence, are required. An overall Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) subcontracting goal of 10 percent of total contract dollar amount has been established. Upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed, the contractor must complete all work within 30 calendar days. This is a firm fixed-price contract with no federal funding. The Victor Cullen Center is a secure treatment facility serving male youth ordered by courts to receive treatment services; contractor personnel must pass Criminal Justice Information System background checks at contractor expense and comply with on-site security protocols. Maryland living wage requirements apply unless exemption criteria are met.
