About this opportunity
This solicitation seeks to procure construction and renovation services for Phase 2 and Phase 4A of the U.S. Treasury CFIUS Renovation project. The Department of the Treasury Internal Revenue Service is establishing new office space on the fifth floor of the Main Treasury building for employees of the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States. Offerors must have a minimum of five years experience with historic restoration projects and all workers must be U.S. citizens. Proposals were due by March 19, 2020 and the agency will evaluate bids using best value determination with technical evaluation factors including management approach, past performance and price.
