Update #10 · Latest ·
**UPDATE** 6-Apr-2018
RFP Amendment 7 has been posted.
Please note: Under the Ordering Data for Truck 2.5 Ton Stake Side in Appendix 8 of the SOW, a hydraulic lift tailgate and electronic winch are both listed under the Vendor Furnished Body Items. However, the weights/sizes for those two items are not specified. Point #10 on page 33 of the SOW states, "The front rack section shall be capable of withstanding a horizontal static load equal to one-half the payload capacity of the load space without permanent distortion of the rack section or it's mounting." The payload capacity will vary depending upon what truck model for which you choose to provide fully burdened unit pricing within your proposal. Again, as stated in the SOW, the models listed are not all-inclusive of those that meet the Federal Standard, and equivalent models that meet the minimum requirements may also be offered. Therefore, the weights/sizes of these two items will be contingent upon the respective payload capacity of the truck model for which you choose to provide fully burdened unit pricing within your proposal.
**UPDATE** 4-Apr-2018
