THIS IS AN UNFUNDED REQUIREMENT

No hard copies will be provided. It is the contractor's responsibility to check the website for any and all amendments to this solicitation. Prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database before award of a government contract; failure to register in the CCR database may cause your firm to be ineligible for award.

NOTE: DUE TO AN UNFORESEEN GOVERNMENT DELAY THE ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS ON THE REQUIREMENT WILL BE POSTED ON OR ABOUT WEDNESDAY 01 AUGUST 2012. THIS DELAY WILL NOT PUSH BACK THE PROPOSAL DUE DATE OF 1:00PM LOCAL TIME ON 06 AUGUST 2012.
