Update #6 · Latest ·

Added: Jun 07, 2016 8:40 am TSgt Steven Huffines will be taking over this requirement due to Captain Cressy's Permanent Change of Station. The effective date for this transition is 10 June 2016. Please begin corresponding with TSgt Huffines on Friday, 10 June 2016 (Proposal due date). He can be reached by phone at (318)456-1531, or by email at steven.huffines@us.af.mil.

Additionally, there is an update regarding asbestos/lead abatement. There were answers to questions stating we would allocate a fixed cost towards the abatement of asbestos and lead ($75,000.00); this is no longer the case. We will make an adjustment after contract award to reimburse the contractor for costs incurred related to the abatement of asbestos and lead. Please propose without accounting for asbestos or lead, so all bids are equal in this cost division at zero dollars.

Please note that Amendment 0001 is an irrelevant document. Unfortunately, FBO does not allow the user to remove packages once they have been uploaded. To avoid confusion, there is one amendment to date, as of 28 April 2016. The relevant amendment 1 documents are as follows:

-Amendment 0001 Attachment 8 Revised (SF30)

-Attachment 8 - Revised PPQ Cover Letter

The second document, Attachment 8 - Revised PPQ Cover Letter, was uploaded under amendment 2 package.  This document is part of amendment 1 and is simply the revised attachment referenced in block 14 of the SF30. Please feel  free to call or email me with any further questions. I apologize for the confusion.

Additionally, I have uploaded a zip file of the drawings. Please use these PDF files since some of the drawings from the original drawings package did not upload legibly.
