This design-build project will include a base bid item for complete design for replacement of the entire cooling tower system and construction/installation of one new cooling tower. It is the intent of GSA to exercise these options at award if adequate funding is available. The goal is to install new cooling towers that will ensure efficient plant operations through the range of operating conditions at the facility.
